The difference between stationary electric hoist and mobile electric hoist trolley

There are two types of palans électriques: fixed and mobile. The fixed electric hoist is fixed at a lifting point when used. It can only be lifted up and down and cannot move horizontally. The mobile electric hoist is composed of an electric hoist and a trolley. It is usually installed on an I-beam and can run vertically and horizontally. Compared with fixed electric hoists, the directions of mobile electric hoists and trolleys are more changeable and flexible.

Stationary electric hoist

• Working principle: It is fixed on the I-beam at a specific position through a rigid bracket, and can only be used for vertical lifting operations.
• Scénarios applicables: fixed workstations on production lines, fixed lifting points in maintenance workshops
• Avantages: simple structure, faible coût, quick installation
• Limites: The operating range is limited by a fixed location

Mobile electric hoists and trolley

• Working principle: The integrated self-propelled trolley system moves horizontally along the track through the gear/wheel set to achieve three-dimensional space operations.
