Која је разлика између електричне дизалице ЦД и МД?

У наставку ће се анализирати разлике између ЦД електричних дизалица и МД електричних дизалица са пет аспеката.

• 1. Брзина трчања:

  • Електрична дизалица типа ЦД: It is a single-speed електрична дизалица. It only operates at one speed (usually the regular raise/lower speed).

  • MD type electric hoist: It is a two-speed electric hoist. It offers two operating speeds:

    • Normal speed (main speed): The same normal lifting/lowering speed as CD type, used for general handling.

    • Slow speed (micro speed): A slower, more precise lifting/lowering speed, used when precise positioning, fine operation or close to the load is required.

• 2. Working mode/operation:

  • CD type: The operation is relatively simple, usually only one lifting/lowering gear (single speed).

  • MD type: More flexible operation. By operating the handle or button, the operator can switch between normal speed and slow speed to adapt to different operating needs.

• 3. Internal structure (мотор):

  • Type CD: Usually uses a single-speed conical rotor brake motor.

  • MD type: Usually a double-winding (или двобрзински) conical rotor brake motor is used, or the two-speed function is achieved through a mechanical transmission mechanism (such as a planetary gear reducer). There are two independent sets of coils inside the double-winding motor, corresponding to normal speed and slow speed respectively.

  • Type CD: Suitable for general hoisting, loading and unloading operations that do not require high positioning accuracy, relatively stable loads, and do not require precise operations.   • Since the MD type has a more complex structure (two-speed motor or variable speed mechanism) and more functions, its price is usually higher than that of the CD-type electric hoist of the same specification.

If you only need basic lifting and lowering functions, do not have high requirements for positioning accuracy, and are pursuing economy, choose the CD type.

If you often need to perform precise positioning, fine-tuning, or operate delicate and fragile items, and need a safer slow-speed approach function, then the MD type is a more suitable choice, although the price will be higher.
